If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return your products to us for a full refund or exchange it for another product of equal value. You can return any item for a refund or exchange, within 60 days from the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original box and/or packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are free of charge or products that are considered intimate such as lingerie and swimwear. We hope for your understanding.

Wrong or damaged item
If you have received a damaged or wrong product, please send image proof and we will either give you a refund or replace your product depending on your choice.

Item not received
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time of 45 days you can request a refund or a reshipment.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Only in exceptional circumstances, any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-2 business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. This means if you receive a refund, the cost of shipping & handling will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
